This agrofarm have polyculture type of farming and use both organic and inorganic fertilizer in the pond. Silver carp, common carp, bighead, naini and rohu type of fish are reared in pond. They stock fish in month of falgun to jestha and harvest in month of mangsir to magh having cultural periods of nine month. There is no any mean of aerators used. Banana tree and barseem are cultivated along pond side for fodder to crasp carp. This agrofarm have many equipments such as power trailer, generators, pumpset, mahajal, tractor etc which are expensive and alongside with feeds, fertilizer, labour etc. make more variable cost of Rs.9,71,000 and selling revenue of Rs.6,25,000 with negative gross margins of Rs.3,46,000.

In their first year they have got loss gross margin of about Rs.3,46,000 which is worst according to bussiness point of view. But this farm have high potential of producing fish as new equipment have been bought from India. They have modern aerators which they will used in successive year and have mahajal and many more for harvesting fish. They have made plan of making feeds in their own farm which will reduce variable cost and increase gross margins. They have made plan of bringing fish seeds from renowned hatcheries and also made a plan for separate farming of grass crap from other fish species. They have plan of establishing own fish fresh house for selling fish meat.
